I have read a few of your works. I would say our styles are somewhat similar in regard to subject matter in the sense there is an effort to have the reader engage in more than pretty pictures. But to get involved in the words and how their composure (the words) may reflect within the reader. I do very little religious work but try to expose a bit of a gut check with the reader.

Yes, the illustrations are just a complement to our words, but FS encourages our use of the same. I too rarely delve into religious themes except as a barb or sarcasm. I think my typical poem is more observational rather than emotional. I do like to include alliteration, but I don?t force its inclusion.
