Oh, I love weddings and always shed a few tears, as I even did for this one.
I held my breath through the whole ceremony, just hoping that one of the evils didn't pop in to ruin this sacred moment. Whew, we made it! You are probably thinking, what do you mean we made it? Just a little change in plans dear friend. When you weren't looking, Tommy invited me to the wedding. Y'know, just in case he had a dizzy spell or something! hehe!

I am so happy that this chapter was all about the nuptials and the dreams of these two. There is time for more excitement in the ones to come, right Ms Detective Author? I truly loved it. It was awesome to see how in love they are, and on the bright side? You know me, there always has to be a bright side! This whole chapter is a bright side!
Remarkable writing as always. This was spot on perfect and it was well worth the romantic read!

So I have to tell you one more thing that brought back a sweet memory for me.
When Tommy saw Willa and started to cry, it reminded me of Bridget and Chris's wedding. I remember right as Glen started to walk Bridget down the aisle, I turned around to see Chris's reaction and he was trying so hard to choke back the tears, but they just kept coming. And they continued throughout the whole ceremony. And that little brat daughter of mine never cried once. I think he was shocked himself how emotional he was. At least she did wipe his tears for him a few times, but then she seemed to be getting a bit of a kick out of it, as I saw her try to hold back the laughter. It was sweet how every time he'd get his composure, it was time for vows or rings and he would start again..
Thanks again my sweet sweets!

Okay, now I can breathe! I'm always so excited to read your review and get the professional assessment. Mostly, it's a joy to know you love my stories. I'm so blessed by this and the cherry on top of stars, Debi dear!

Your story of Bridget and Chris is just precious-! Jack said he was weepy and trembling and that he was so glad every eye was on me. Once my eyes met his, he said he felt nothing but love and peace. Tommy is much like Jack, Glen, and your Chris. A treasure in this world.

Sending you my best today, and love and blessings always.

I really enjoyed the rich imagery that you wonderfully suffused through the entire chapter. In regards to technicality, the read was smooth and concise, which always makes it better, in my humble opinion.

Another excellent chapter without a doubt

Hope all is well,
Brandon

You're very welcome. What I liked is that it was a "break" and a turning point for the rest of the novel...that was my thinking, at least...lol. Maybe a segue of sorts?

Funny note: I wanted to double check the spelling of segue as I had spelled it segway (which I knew wasn't right) so I typed segway in to dictionary.com and the definition is simply: a frequent misspelling of segue...it's the first time I've seen that....lol.

What a sweet and wonderful wedding. It's almost like being there to see Tommy and Willa wed. Very well-written and enjoyable to see Tommy primping instead of the bride. I think throbbing has 2 bs. Minister put us to ease . . . Is "to" a southernism or should it be "at"?

A sweet but short wedding ceremony for Tommy and Willa. Wouldn't it be fun if it was that easy to pull off a wedding for real?!! I'm glad Tommy's memory is returning, and I hope his illness heals. Good chapter! Have a blessed week. Carol

That was so romantic ... and nothing bad happening in this chapter, so it was light relief. I sense that this is just an interim witha lot more drama to follow. Thanks for sharing this one in the midst of all the other things happening.

Talk of the night before the wedding reminded me of my own!

Aww, what a sweet and romantic chapter. I'm so glad they were able to pull this off with everything else going on.

Why do I feel like this is not the end of the danger?

I'll stick with your chapters until this is ended. Can't stop reading now!

xx

WOW! Now that was a kiss. I suspect the young person at first got his you know what scared off when calling out Police. Good of him to get inside the easy way. I have missed so much and need to catch up.

Hi, Sally! I know I'm bouncing in on the middle of a story I haven't followed from the beginning, and I don't usually do that if there isn't a chance to catch up. I have to say, though, the wedding was beautiful, and the writing was clear and concise enough that I followed right along. I picked a great chapter to read to get a good feel for your writing. I'm happy I did. Loved it! Best, JohnC
