What a lovely wedding. Tommy's life is looking up. I'm sure Tommy will get that brain tumor sorted out, they'll catch Fee, and then they can get on with their lives.

Hi Sally,
Oh my goodness, I'm so excited!!!
I was reading along, and Tommy apologizing for being absent from the case, when all of a sudden, Hank says:
"I've also contacted a detective in another state who has agreed to come and help us. She arrives next week." ... Could this possibly be Detective Sally, Jackson, King, and the rest of the team??? My goodness, you fit them into this scenario? I'm tickled if you did! Who else could it be? Wow!

So Tommy and Willa are now husband and wife. And here I thought he was still in the hospital! It's just what I remember. Maybe I'll have to go back and read the previous chapter again. I was thinking Tommy would either be healed or have an operation. But then he'd be laid up for a while, recuperating, and not available to help solve the case in Aspen Grove. Hank would be all by himself, taking on an evil showcase.
Nicely penned, Sally! This chapter is superb!
Hugs,
Kimbob

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and kindest compliments, dear Kim. How blessed I am. A different and difficult week and my lovely imaginary couple encouraged me. It's funny how that works. Blessings to you all.

This is a very romantic and beautiful chapter full of all the things a wedding should have. This couple seem perfect for each other and very much in love. I enjoyed reading about the wedding.

That is beautiful, Sally. :) Elvis said it all, "For I can't help falling in love with you." "This magic moment" would also go well for the wedding. :) You still remember your vows? :) I remember like it was yesterday. Well, you got Tommy married, time to get the evil dude. Thank you for sharing.

A lovely chapter Sally as we watch Tommy readying for his big day. The emotions you bring out reminded me of my granddaughter 's wedding late last year. Hopefully your two characters have a long life. Enjoyed it, cheers

Like your story and video. Elvis is a keeper of a singer!

Tommy got married to Willa; the doctors must have gotten the tumor under control. I am thinking they are young enough to have many years together.

I have to plead along with Jay, please don't let anything happen to Willa!
I was almost afraid something was going to happen before they were married.
Thanks for the read.
Keep up the good work.

Don't you dare let anything happen to Willa! If she were to die, loving Tommy as she does, it would be like Jenny dying in Love Story. I don't usually cry at weddings, but I almost found myself doing it at the giving and taking of Tommy's and Willa's vows. Beautifully penned, Sally!

This delightful chapter describes Tommy Thompson's thoughts and preparations for and ceremony of his marriage to Willa Sams, sister of Hank Riley, who is participating most effectively as Tommy's Best Man. I have read other wedding descriptions before, but the only one I found more stirring was the one about your own marriage to Jack.

Each thought, conversation, and related action was well detailed but concise, so there was no impression of waiting throughout the process,

The music you chose, Elvis Presley singing "Can't Help Falling in Love" is perfect for this. If you want another to add, I recommend "You Are My Destiny" by Paul Anka, here:

Also, I was pleased when Captain Riley mentioned that he had arranged for help while Tommy and Willa will be occupied with their honeymoon. Of course, though he did not say, it is the famous Blind Girl, thereby linking this book with the series preceding it. Accordingly, we can expect a lot of excitement to follow.

Superb, and aptly illustrated.

Dear Mike, thank you so much for the wonderful review and generous cherry topped stars. Both mean so much to me. I'm glad you enjoyed the wedding chapter. I know how you enjoyed my Letters from Heaven's Gateway stories and Love Letter on a Clipboard stories. Come to think of it, you enjoyed all my love stories, even Og and Ugg! Blessings to you always.

Yes, indeed Sal; and you are most welcome. Another is your "Angel of Ireland" stories. However, your real time with Jack is the best of all. May you and Jack enjoy many more years together in good health. :))))) -- Mike

Aw, Sally you have me in tears. This is so beautifully written and the love shines out of every word. I loved it is and was riveted from begining to end.
Now, I do feel so very bad. This so deserved a minimum of six stars. But I have miscalculated this week. I have none left. Please do forgive me, dear friend. I'm so sorry. A big hug, Ulla xxx
