Sounds like a sh***y study. Does it count as a double blind if they hit both your eyes with their freshly processed stuff?
Very clever...you threw me for a loop because I recognized it as being the prompt for something serious but funny and then I didn't see anywhere that it was a contest...read your notes, of course and that cleared it up.
Funny and well done!

I had absolutely no idea where this was going, and was of course surprised at the clever ending. You seem to have a gift for dialogue. It was quite a lot of fun Zinnia

This is very nice and has a sweet wholesome theme and scene. Good way to use the words in a story.

That's the way I like it! Funny. Your cleverly written story is highly entertaining, poking fun at prestigious academic institutions use of money in funding weird research.
(I noted KC and The Sunshine Band's song gets into your story as well... uh-huh, uh-huh.)

That's a fun story Jmdg... I like the way you worked your words into the story and ended it with such a laugh! I only found one error in the whole thing... you misquoted KC and the Sunshine Band... lol "that's the way... uh-huh, uh-huh, I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh, that's the way..."
Or your character did... maybe he was just excited to be able to study why Chimpanzees fling their crap. lol
Such fun! :)

Lol, that is pretty funny at the end. It keeps your interest and great dialogue. It wasn't long and it was a quick and easy read. I can't remember the song off the top of my head but I'm sure I've heard it before.

Aspirations are never a dull thing to stick with! Just that some make more sense than others. It's the small things that we choose as goals that can aid others in a large way. I see and feel the humor in this!

Lol! Well, this was a very creative idea to come up with this story while using those specific words! And yes, it's a good commentary as to the kinds of research that is supported by the government these days!
Congratulations on your 300th post!!
