I love the artwork and the theme of your piece! I like the idea of being "on repeat". Isn't that so typical of a mindless existence? So graphic! The image of ghosts flooding the halls of your mind also resonate with me. I have an image of flimsy apparitions floating everywhere. The last line of "soaking in the present" wraps up the poem effectively. I like the use of 'soak' as it echoes Rick Hanson's advice to "soak in the good!" The idea of inundating yourself in the present echoes the use of "flood" earlier. 'Soak' is definitely more proactive than 'flood'! Well done!

I like this short poem about being in the present moment. I like the image, a sort of cubist painting. I agree with the sentiments expressed in the poem.
A little editing note from experience. Always check the preview button, then edit away the computer glitches that sometimes pop up, usually in the author's notes. I discovered that this is an easy fix. These glitches are annoying but can be cleaned up easily.

This represents a good idea for an ABC poem - well done. The poem reads well and the rhymes work too. I don't think that you need initial caps for 'This Moment' but I do understand why you used them A good idea well written so good luck with it
