Very wise advice expressed here in this cinquain. Taking some time to take a breath will soothe our heart , mind and soul. And allow us to take in the beauty that surrounds us, in spite of the stress and chaos. Thank you for the reminder.

I read something once that said take 10 deep breaths at least once an hour. I started doing that. Then incorporated closing my eyes. I do it a lot now. It's amazing how calming it is. But your poem is the perfect recipe. To draw in the sounds and smells of nature is like a detox for the soul. Beautifully written. Gretchen

When the soul and nature are on the same level, harmony occurs. The Earth knows her children. Those who harm the Earth, showing a general lack of concern for it, are not favored children of the Earth. They are by their lack of sensitivity, alien creatures.

What a beautiful poem for the magical mother nature. I can concur because every time I go outside, I feel happy. That's why I go outside twice per day to bath in the mother nature's fresh air. That's the secret of my happiness.
