I love it. They are real, aren't they? You know what they eat, how they roll their eyes. You know each and every character because they are your children. They are flesh and blood and then some. Even the evil ones, you love them, because they make the protagonist stronger. This was brilliant. I really enjoyed this. Gretchen

Yes, we are leaving behind so much of ourselves in everything we write. I take it very seriously because my eyes are just about gone. Everything is twice as hard for the blind writer. It's worth it though because I love it. I know you do to.

Yes, we are leaving behind so much of ourselves in everything we write. I take it very seriously because my eyes are just about gone. Everything is twice as hard for the blind writer. It's worth it though because I love it. I know you do to.

I really like your post. Writing a novel is not always the easiest thing in the world but after you have the characters established, the plots of your story can be hair pulling. The ending is the polishing! Congratulations!

I think you're probably right Kimbob, but I'm not likely to write a novel, my typing skills are at a minimum, my patience decidedly lacks, I sometimes write as many as five poems in a day, (that covers the days when I write none) but I read all novelists, they are admired, as are you, well done, blessings Roy

I enjoyed this! I try not to think about my characters after I finish writing their stories, because they just continue an endless march toward death. I like that you only see yours should you decide to write a sequel. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you!
