I'm guessing the word - soul - is written because of death as opposed to perhaps the word - being - as in still alive. That would explain the title - Eternity. An insightful free verse poem.

Can you imagine being that high up and looking out into the vastness of landscape. Truly magnificent and scary at the same time. Excellent picture attached to enhance. I'm guessing the word - soul - is written because of death as opposed to perhaps the word - being - as in still alive. That would explain the title - Eternity. An insightful free verse poem.

I think you did a great job at capturing a vast mountainous expanse. Eternity and forever are hard concepts to grasp let alone imagine but I think the sense of feeling insignificant sums it up pretty well. Great word choices!
