Oh, wow. Miranda crying. That is epic. I'm so surprised that the graffiti would affected her that way. She's always so tough; I would have expected a feral pit bull reaction. This worries me.
In the paragraph that begins: "She leads me into her office..." add an "al" to "person."
Nice work, Gretchen. Very interesting chapter. I feel like it's setting me up for something important.

Shes crying because this is like that straw that broke the camels back. Miranda is like the rest of us. She needs time to breathe. Her little trailer has been violated . Thanks for this awesome review. Gretchen

Your dialogue is quite good and natural. I personally find it confusing that you never identify the person speaking by name. At times I had to go back to figure out who was talking.
You wrote " And, well, if I'm bring brutally honest." is that 'bring' supposed to be 'being'?
