"toe-danced" is such an interesting word. I don't think I have ever heard it before. It gives such a ginger image of the rain that is falling down.

I like how the title of your poem complements the 'toe-dancing' rain as well as the ending rhyme in the first and third lines. Thanks for sharing, and best wishes in the contest.
