Your image is lovely. In the spring, we hear the birds singing their song of six-pence; the wren does have a beautiful song to sing; she lets us know when they have returned home.

Nice...I would say perfect, but nothing ever is, still I can find no fault. Well done. I like the metaphor of a merry bird song that is carried in the heart, it's beautiful and apt.

Birds are so positive and fill our skies with hope and merriment and I just love the birds. Your few words are joyous and uplifting as bird song in the early morn helps us to wake and embrace the day, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

This a beautifully stated entry to the Hope 5-7-5 contest. The text is a good size. The message is clearly presented. It is such a lyrical message and is well-done. The visual fits well. Good luck in the contest.

This is an thoughtful and uplifting entry in the 5-7-5 Hope writing contest. The symbolism of a songbird singing paints a perfect picture of hope as performed through its melodic song. Well done.
All the best in the contest,
Eugene

I love your imagery in this poem! Hope rarely waits quietly! If one is hoping for something exciting, there is definitely a flutter of heart and jitters of nervous waiting that this little bird signifies. I think this one is brilliant!

You have done an excellent job with the writing prompt. I love your choice of words, comparing branches and birds to the human state. I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

This is a wonderful Haiku for the 5/7/5 Haiku contest. It makes me want for Spring. Maybe it's just around the corner?
Good luck in the contest. May you have good fortune when the writing muse smiles upon you!
