Thanks so much, Shirley :) Yes, it is getting closer. Soon, he'll have to tell her the truth. I'm going to have to put myself in Tessa's shoes and imagine how I would respond if someone I was falling for dumped all this on me. I would most likely think they were crazy. LOL! I enjoyed this piece for what it is. It's not the type of genre I would personally go for to read however I do feel as if other people would highly enjoy this piece which is why I gave it the rating that I did.

Ah... Your three stars are really disappointing, Jessica. If you enjoyed it, why rate it average? I feel this is unfair since it is not your genre. Honestly, if I read something I like, although it may not be my typical genre, I do not rate it based on that.

Your story line moves very well. But I would change up or drop the description of all the furniture in the apartment. Show me her apartment instead of telling me. I hope this makes sense.
