Excellent, though I think a bit sad as I imagine a lonely person accepting the rest of their life, maybe maybe not, a beautiful Haiku getting the reader to think about human emotions and reasons, very well presented****kahpot

Yes, when we get older, we certainly feel more of "winter in our bones." That window is pretty much wide open! Someone should close it. Brr. Enjoyed your poem!

You are right. I had a hard time finding an exact picture match and forgot it's ajar. I'll look some more. Big Sister, thank you for another kind and helpful review.
Love,

Hi Gypsy, your poem is filled with good sensory appeal. I especially liked:
lets cold air in the room --
winter in her bones
(G, the cold air feels good for a few minutes, but then the whole house gets chilled--all the way to our bones, indeed.)
Love the photos. Well done. Keep the blue waters flowing. Xo. M

Gypsy,
The coldness permeates through your words. She is chilled to the bone as she imagines her fate is my version of this post.
A new Haiku format you have used again - superb!

Thank you for sharing this Haiku club entry with us. I enjoyed reading. I struggle with opening my windows because my allergies are so horrible. Maybe it if got really cold here, I could for a little while, but can't. Once again, you did a wonderful job with this post.
