This is a good entry into the Faith poem contest. The text is a great size. The message is clearly stated and easily understood. This is especially so after one reads your AN. I am sorry for the estrangement with your son. I pray one day he returns and the family is made whole. Your rhyme scheme is done well throughout the poem. The visual fits well. Geez. That's terrible that you haven't seen or heard from your son in so long. Your journey with God has probably saved your sanity. It is much less daunting to go through something when you have God beside you. Beautiful poem. Gretchen

I definitely have my moments when I'm a basket case but then He lifts me up and I go on. I'm sure you are stronger than you realize but I hope you never have to endure this kind of pain.
