Isn't it wonderful when we can have real life hero? Mine was never my mum or my dad, dad worked hard and I hardly ever saw him, my best friend's dad was my mentor, and opening batting partner in my twenties, well done, great post, good luck, blessings Roy

moving poem to one's mother. YOu nailed the instructions in the prompt. Mom's are special, I miss my Mom who died in 2007. Sadly taken by the dreaded Alzheimers.

Awwww. what a wonderful tribute to your mother! Mine is a saint as well, and it is difficult to find the words to express the love for such a person, but you did a great job and nailed it.
