Thank God we are blessed with the resurrection of new life each spring!
Beautiful things grow from tiny seeds...
Even faith, from a mustard seed...
Even winter can not freeze us from grace.

Beautifully written. Dormancy blooms once again. I think it's the understanding and appreciation of time that offers such insights. We tend to become sponges for a second time in life. Nicely written.

Dear poet, a rather deep reflection of coming and going of seasons with the strong element of natures resourceful tools to spirit In new growth. Effective and meeting all the requirements of the contest you should do well.

Hi, JLR, thank you for reviewing my poem and for all your input.

I like the variety of imagery you use from the frozen earth holding growth captive to the birthing process and celebration of life. Great descriptive words used throughout with poetic phrases such as "March winds blow in sweet promises". A delightful Spring poem that ticks the contest boxes.

I love the positivity of Spring within these words and winter is the time when we yearn for new beginnings and warmer weather. I really enjoyed this post, love Dolly x
