Hi Raul! I love the asking of
forgiveness in a truly penitent
heart. Extending forgiveness
from recent and long ago hurts pleases our Lord and
Savior Christ. When I offer
forgiveness, I pray for those
I wronged in the past to
have a whisper in their ear
from my prayers. This is a
very beauteous poem of
the subject of forgiveness.

It seems like you've done a lot to cleanse your soul in this very touching poem, Mr./Ms/Mrs./Miss Anonymous. I've taken the liberty to make some corrections of what I'm sure were oversights on your part. Your poem is, otherwise, so well put together and moving:
I thought that I had all the right decisions, [I thought that I had MADE (?) all the right decisions.]
I've lost my mind at the time [I'd (?) (or I had) lost my mind at the time.]
We will have given a second chance [We will BE (?) given a second chance.]

A lot of times we say things that we regret when we are young and foolish. We don't realize it hurts others in the process, now we are older all we can do is say that I am sorry.
