You have covered a range of emotion here, Sally, and managed to deliver another superb chapter as Detective Tommy proves her mettle as a detective.

Another fine chapter from your quill and wishing you a very merry Christmas. :))

Hi Sally,
We are having a terrible storm up here in New Brunswick. There's no snow, but powerful winds and heavy rain. I guess most of our countries are caught in its grip now, on Christmas Eve to boot! Last night, around 10pm, I had just finished reading this chapter. I was just pulling my thoughts together when the power went off. It was so black! Fortunately, it came back on within the hour. But not before I had awakened my next door neighbor, 90 year old Mary Orr. I knew she had no flashlight, so I took her over one. To make a long story even longer, I just woke up at 1:45am and had to get this review written.
As always, it's well written. No mistakes, no suggestions.
I was surprised that Joseppi L. Santucci was involved with the murder of Tommy's daughter, but more surprised that there was a second (unidentified) male. Who could that be? Can't be a demon. They are of the spirit realm. And DNA from a hair matched this second assailant as well. I wonder if Phoebe Mae managed to pull his hair out during the struggle? The policemen are puzzled, but thinking the man from the fall festival might be the guilty party.

This was an interesting twist to the story, with Patience offering a glimpse into the future...
"She held up a cell phone, of all things, and a video came on. It was of me, just as I was dressed today, and holding a newborn baby.
"Is that real?"
"Yes, it is, and a wife and beautiful little girl are waiting in your future. Be brave enough to live, Tommy. Lilly and Phoebe are watching."

I especially liked this part,
"I'm Chase Levins from White Falls, New York. An angel sent me here. She asked me to speak with Detective Tommy Thompson about a man named Joe Santucci."
I can just imagine the shock that statement must have had for Hank and Willa. But it would confirm Tommy's story about an angel.

You leave us wondering about Pat from Fast Eddy's Cell Repair. He's in danger. Deecayed is running out of time. He needs the cell phone repaired for his boss.

Nicely penned, Sally!
Hugs,
Kimbob

By the way, as the wind booms outside, Merry Christmas!

I like how you brought the angel into this in the beginning of this well written rich and imagery chapter of your book.
This also read well and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.
...
Complete Synopsis:
The Adjective and Objective Contents were both Excellent and Exceptional while Descriptive Measures Aligned Perfectly.
Thanks for sharing this and have a Blessed Christmas.

Thank you for your sixth chapter. I'm coming late to the story, but already feel sympathy for Tommy. It has to be hard for an officer of the law to lose his own love one. It must make him feel he saved many but couldn't save his own daughter.

Now that Tommy has got his act together and accepts that he's had help from an angel, it looks as if he will find the killer. Santucci doesn't sound as if he was popular as Chief of Police. In that position, he can make sure there is no evidence pointing to him, so is he the killer of so many? I'm looking forward to seeing who did it.

You certainly named the demon right. He is creepy. Maybe when he goes back to hell, he can lose his head, not just his ear. You did a great job as always. Enjoy your afternoon. Shirley

With an angel in the story to help, surly this case will be solved. Demon never win in the end. Tommy is encouraged by seening his future in teh cell phone screen. The storiy continues to be interesting. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter.

Good dialogue, and an interesting mix of real life and spiritual world input. We know it will end well because He will triumph over evil, so Tommy must hang on until justice is dealt to the murderers. Well done. Wendy
