You left out the word (I) before wanted in the second line. Just a minor mistake and easy to fix. Otherwise, it is perfect. We al would love to have a mate as considerate as the one you dream about. Nicely done.

Thanks, I appreciate you letting me know. All fixed. I hope to be able to stop by here at least once a day or so. I've got literally hundreds of poems I've written that I'd love to share & also get feedback on. My topics (or opinions) are of a wide variety, although I've been told many are dark & my daughter often gives them a rating them of 1 to 5 tissues... lol.

This fairy tale is so true; how a princess wants to be romanced and loved in a special way. I think your poem is related to a chic movie, where we find many of your wants within your poem.
