You must be tired but I can see you didn't waste time in taking in the beauty of Portogallo. Thanks for sharing!
A great pic with that lonely cypress perched on that lovely rock formation overlooking the ocean ...reminds me of my time in Tossa de Mar, early in the morning when all was quiet I could hear the ebb and flow.

Thank you. The flight went well but I?m not 32 anymore. It was exhausting. I will lay low for a few and get my bearings.

Lovely haiku-like poem! You should join Gypsy's clubs. You made this scene come alive with the tree being able to tell his tale and the birds in the tree echo his whisperings.

We did. H1 from San Francisco to Santa Barbara, visiting Hearst Empire, where Clint Eastwood was mayor, and the 13 mile detour through the cyprus trees. I wrote a tabletop book on my whole experience of Californa - also a long and thrilling tale (must add that to my list of things to post...). Kate xx
