repetition of revealed/revealing jarred
brown-green colour combination doesn't fit well with compatible focal points of colour = focus problems for most people

This contest presents an almost impossible task! The list of words is so incongruous and strange.This is a good first submission. It follows in the tradition of nonsense verse and is very entertaining. The colours are well chosen. At times the rhyming and rhythm seem a little forced!

Well done (no pun intended on the Salisbury steak). This is the third or fourth entry I read going in this contest. Each one totally different and each one I did enjoy with quite a bit of chuckling.

What a terrific use of these random phrases incorporated into a ballad that actually RHYMES! The meter was a bit pressed in places, but overall there were about three beats to a line that I could make out. The picture.... oh t he the picture! It is perfect with this poem. Where did you FIND that?
