I appreciated your sense of humour. We don't have Thanksgiving in Oz but we sure have turkey on Christmas Day. Well written, great subject and most enjoyable. You should win the contest!

OMG...this is a funny Thanksgiving poem. The text is a great size. The message is hilarious. Each subsequent verse layers more antics and fun into the mix.
I have only two suggestions. Correct the spelling on these words. Unprepared and amongst are misspelled. Consider making the font an autumn/Thanksgiving color to make the text livelier like your descriptive verses. Good luck in the contest. I would vote for this poem. Your gif is funny too!

Good description of the one-sided fight, especially stanzas 5 & 6.
