cool short and sweet poem about the love of a grandchild for his grandfather. I never knew my grandparents but one of my first memories is of meeting my paternal grandparents which is odd because I must have been one or two when we met and I have vivid memories of meeting them.

I love the picture! He looks so much like my grandson. Great 5/7/5 for the I Love contest. Good syllables count and grammatical connection between lines. I like the presentation too. I know what you mean, it's so nice to hear the little ones say I love you.

This is so so cute, I loved it, young life, young life, children love their parents so much when their this young, then they grow up and have their own life,,,, good luck in the contest, I love my 3 grandsons, now 13, 15, 28, The 28 is getting married, someday a great grandson..?

Ohhhhh yes! Our rabbi once said that if G-d had commanded Abraham to sacrifice his grandson rather than his son, all of history would have been different! There's nothing better than an unsolicited revelation of a child's "I love you." I can honestly say I've never heard that spontaneously from my child, only once did my elder child, say, ." The thing I love about you daddy...you've always been there," that was enough fo me. Great write, good luck, blessings Roy
