So sad, heartbreaking, to lose someone dear especially a child. Each day is a struggle with tears just beneath the surface. Tears are so like rain and you did a great job. I am so sorry for your loss!

As you know, I can relate to the pain you have been suffering for so long. It will always be there, we must simply learn to live with it as best we can. I can feel the pain behind every word you write. Hang in there, my friend.

A virtual six for this one. this poem reads like a biblical lament or psalm pleading with God for relief from suffering and pleading for justice and the coming of God's presence into the psalmist's life. Well done.

It shows how deep is the effect of the death of your son. He has been your subject in many of your writings, be it in poetry and in prose. This post also affirmed your deep faith in God and how you seek His guidance in every stage of your life. Thanks for sharing.

I know of two people on here who have both recently lost a son. It must be unbearable to know they passed away before you. Parents are supposed to go first. Your poem speaks of the pain of getting through without your dear son, and I feel so bad for you. Keep writing, he's watching and will be there when God calls your name. Sending love and hugs, my friend. Sandra xxx
