It didn't take you many words or syllables to say a mouth full with this short poem. It's always nice to look back, at the good time we can remember fondly, and the bad times we can be thankful that have passed. Then, we must look carefully ahead for the oncoming bus. LOL. It's always a pleasure, my dear, sweet friend! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Ric. I think it?s best not to look back at the bad times and just block them out completely if that?s possible. Hugs. Jen x

Your fifteen syllable poem with that picture helps us see that taking time to review our lives in those photographs is like "reliving our past" again. Best wishes in the contest!

Your 15-syllable poem is very easy to relate to, especially as Winter draws near and we find ourselves housebound and looking for things to do. There's always those old photo albums to look through. "Reliving" is one of my favorite things to do. Rod

Hope your strolling was filled with fond memories. Scrapbooks are wonderful things to leave for younger generations - especially with names of family members which could be forgotten by great grands.
My sister and I have no older members of our extended family left to ask about names and wish we had put names under some old pictures.

Well, I thought that all those pictures were yours but I come to find that they are the chosen artwork of Cindy Sue Truman. She takes credit for all those lovely photos. I liked your short and brief reminder that all we need to do is stroll down memory lane to relive our past again and again and again.

This poem talks about something that we all do at times I am sure. It has the correct number of syllables and I like the structure with the syllable count reducing down the poem - well done.
Good luck with it.
