My goodness. It is deepening .... I wasn't sure if Peter C was going to the hospital to have a word with Rudy....and perhaps to finish him off if he wouldn't give any information. Enjoying this one! Keep going ....it's a great story.

He intended to pay a visit to Rudy but his heart led him astray. Being seen in the hospital parking lot wasn't good either. Rudy lucked out!

There is so much to learn about the entangled lives of the characters. and I wish I could just post it all to see the readers' reaction, but rules and $$$ prevents that from happening. I am thrilled you are following and enjoying. Thank you so much.

And knowing that Costello knew his mother from school, a Catholic one at that, it obviously didn't teach him love, compassion and honesty, did it? Costello has been thwarted from his first mission to go and see Rudy, and try and find out more about the diamonds. Oh, what a story-teller you are, Carol! I can never find any errors, and you manage to write so prolifically. Now, am I caught up??? Lol. Well done, my friend, more love, and lots of hugs. Sandra xxx

Yes, my friend, you are caught up on all my posts. I especially wanted you to read this chapter because it shows an underlying depth to Elizabeth and Peter. There will be much more of it to come. I wanted to see if you caught the tension between them and also the doubt that Cooper had concerning his mother's answers. Thanks for catching up on all the chapters. I'll slow down on posting so I can read some more for the $$$. I either read, write or answer reviews
. I got wrapped up in the story and have numerous chapters and a change of outline already waiting. LOL Thank you again and take care. I am so sorry about your recent loss.
