What a neat poem structure! I love rhymes in poems. It's like a puzzle, to figure out the rhyme scheme, and I do so love word puzzles! To read a rhyming poem is almost as much as puzzle as writing one! I enjoyed this poem as well, because it was about relationships and their evolution.

Resisted and now reenlisted. The ambiguity in this poem makes it all the more interesting. Who is the "he" in this poem? Is every "he" referring to the same entity? And who is the manipulator - which is a particularly interesting word choice for someone that is apparently trying to lead you away from atheism.
