Not all angels live in heaven. Not all angels are equipped with wings. No, some angels will never fly, treasured are the angels that comfort us, as we are about to die. this is a beautiful tribute to a woman who obviously eased the transition from life to the eternal plane for so many valiant men.

Your thoughts on Grace reminded me of the woman who started nursing - they called her the lady with the lamp. Like Grace, she was a frontline nurse in WW1 the beginning of nursing all over the world was started by one women that had no support from men and she fought for her nurses all through the Boer War. Well done. And the Lady with the Lamp was Florence Nightingale. K xx

Rarely if ever do I review long verses, but your artwork tempted to me to do so. Quite a tribute to those medical personnel who have aided soldiers in their recovery and their final journey. So glad your poem's ending gave tribute to one of those encounters that lasted for their lifetimes.
