I would never thought of using cherries as a decoration. So clever and you can even find a photo of it. I love to eat them and can't stop when I see them in nature.

Lol! And his little princess decides to wear the "priceless ruby fruit" as earrings. I like the picture and the transformation of the fruit first baking in the sun to adorning a little one.

I grew up with two cherry trees in our yard. The birds would usually get before we could. Those little stinkers. LOL Thank you for sharing this Tanka poem with us. Once again, it was a complete package.
