ROFL! Yes, this is a fun story. I thought I knew where it was going for a long time, but it sure didn't do anything to keep me from enjoying it just the same. Thanks for sharing. Wish I had a six.

Congratulations on winning the contest with this well-crafted mystery/murder story. A fascinating riff on the game Clue. Loved the surprise ending. Well done.

A joy to read! I couldn't help but recall so many memories of family time when we played the board game Clue. Your humor was terrific and the Contest Win was a no-brainer/ Well done.

Smiles, Carol

Well the question is, who poisoned all of them. It must be an outsider, not among the characters presented in this story. Perhaps if there is a sequel to this, the outsider can be another good plot to build on. I enjoyed reading this, the ending is hanging that will surely entice the readers to wait for more. Thanks for sharing.

Well! You took your readers on a wild, but humorous roller coaster ride, up, down, and all around. It took me two sittings to read it all. I chuckled several times and laughed out loud when you said Colonel Mustard's first name was Yellow. I understand why you won the contest. Congratulations.

I was surprised at the four star after the win. Was it the Hunter Biden comment? My wife told me not to put it in as it might offend the sensitive. As an Independent I reserve the right to fire at both sides. Ha! Anyways thanks for your review and kind words. It?s more important to me that I made you laugh the the rating. Have a great weekend!

Oh Noooo! Did I give you four stars? It was late at night when I read your story, but I didn't intentionally click four stars. Are you sure it was me? If so, I apologize. It should have been five stars.

No biggie. I?m glad you enjoyed the piece!

This is very amusing, and you did a great job of keeping your characters on point. With so many characters, mistakes are easily made. The jokes and double entendres were excellent. This would make a fun stage play with a PG13 rating. If you have a local theater group and could get them to perform this before an audience, you could probably get it published.

Okay, I'll admit it. You made me chuckle more than a few times. Good job on that. This is written well, and feels like the movie Clue or one those types I used to watch on HBO (when I had it). I see why it won.

I like the six star review Sir, but it pleases me more that I was able to make you chuckle! Thank you my friend. Have a great evening!

"A monocle in each eye." What a fun romp through the board game Clue and an episode of Murder She Wrote! I loved that you told the story through dialogue that was ridiculous at times (in the best way), and that all of these idiots died in the end.

You state you had a lot of fun writing it - I had a lot of fun reading it. Congratulations on your creative work and the prize!

Pam

Thank you Pam! It was fun. I tried to incorporate a lot of English humor and some very subtle jokes as well as the blindingly visible ones. I appreciate your kind review. Good times!

This hilarious Douglas, one would at least to expect the murderer to survive, but he/she must have been too clever by half, and poor Colonel Yellow Dijon Mustard, hehehe. His parents must have indeed hated, but that's the norm for the British upper crust, completely naive. Beautifully written my friend, well done, good characters and plot, blessings Roy

Thanks Roy! This review means a lot coming from one with your skills. I tried to throw in some English style humor and it fell short in some. Ahhh it was good fun!

Doug, I can imagine how much fun this was to write. Your dialogue is outstanding, and you have brought the characters of the game to life in a very fun way. Two monocles is too funny! Excellent work. Terry.

Thanks. Some didn?t get it, but most did. One person told me that 30 minutes is a half hour, not seeing the nonsensical humor. Ha! Thanks for the review, Terry. I appreciate it.
