How lovely this is. Beautilly written. You did a great job with your parody. God sends such beautiful seasons all year, but Autumn and Winter are my favorites. The first and third stanzas are my favorite in your poem.

I think I love your version of Robert Frost's poem even better because you give credit to God and it is His woods after all. And it ends with peaceful sleep instead of "miles to go before I sleep." Beautifully written and your works are all winners!

This allusion based poem is clever. Anyone acquainted or or accustomed to the original poem, may as I, hear the rattling voice of Robert Frost. This parallels his well. Clever work.

nice poem for the contest. Honestly, i didn't see this as a parody. To me it read as a very well done lyrical poem that flowed nicely and captured the essence of a walk in the woods.

Thank you, Theodore, for sharing and praising my poem. One reviewer called it a "mirror" poem, not a parody. It certainly is a lyrical poem.

What a wonderful poem about God's pathway. When we walk through his narrow path we are never alone. How gorgeous is your image, as it portrays God's creativity in the woods.

I love the title and the rhyme structure of this rhyming piece. This is similar to Robert Frost's poem you note in your author's notes. I have always loved his style and that poem in particular. Thank you for entering a wonderfully rich picture to add to this contest entry and I hope you win the contest. Good luck!

Beautiful picture of the Autumn colours. Rhyming is good and you have written a great parody of this well-known poem. I hope this does well in the contest.

You have created a beautiful poem, with some thoughts from Robert Frost - and yours is just as excellent - perhaps even more so as you acknowledge the Creator. Rhyme, rhythm and metre are all pleasing. A most enjoyable read and a worthy contender for the contest. Best wishes.

Honestly this doesn't seem so much like a parody, but more like a tribute to this great poet. I think taking some of his words and making the rest your own create a unique poem. Best of luck in the contest.
