I appreciate the clear descriptions of the characters and their connection in this strong storyline. Your writing ability brings to life the scenery and its relevance to the story. I believe you have artfully juggled and melded the message. Well done. This is a solid chapter that awaits increasing conflict and relationships. Good writing.

Well I think out of the chapters I've read and reviewed this one I like the best cuz it has a rich history of the King's family.
The previous battle was quite amazing also for I loved the archery and the arrows flinging and flying.
But it seems like they're still going to be more Green goblin blood shed before this is completed?

Excellent!! As a lover of Roman history, this battle swept me up in the theater of war as if I was witnessing the Romans themselves caught within the deadly vicd of imperial battle. Your image is forged by the use of strong descriptive language that compelled me to enter the minds of both King and footsoldier. The ease in which you write delivers your story, your vision, your hero to our very shores. This was an exciting, intense and captivating read. Truly an inspiration for both a reader and writer. Thank you, I cannot find anything of value to suggest improvement, I am too enamoured with both your style and wonderful story. Thank you. SJ

Nice story chapter. It serves as a detailed synopsis of the book. I liked the atmosphere set during the battle and the preparation of king Tronin for his meeting. The only thing I found slightly lengthy was the exposition , in the first part. Maybe some dialogue would have cut a bit the lengthy descriptions.
Great mastery of the whole story idea.
