In Paragraph three "100 per cent" should be 100 percent.
Apparently the dog does not have a very high opinion of the cat. This is exemplified by labeling the Persian a "bitch".
Seems "Pip" feels he is losing his position in the family hierarchy to the cat. Not a good position for the dog to be in.
Time for the meower to move on to other climes somewhere.

Cats were never my favorite for y mother always felt the same; however that said I adopted a waif left at our office complex, a long haired gray we named Tramp. It went about bringing corpses back as tokens of its affection leaving them on the stoop for us to bury. All was well until it brough a snake.

Ugh. Unfortunately, dogs are sometimes the bearer of deceased gifts, as well. Just grew up with dogs. Thank you.
