This sijo poem really describes the head over heels feeling of being in love. I liked how you invoked the senses with "tangled in old spice " and I am guessing that "mouth as souvenir" is keeping the lingering feeling of their kiss?

She is infatuated with her teacher, imagining or daydreaming of his kiss. Teachers can get in a lot of trouble if they have a relationship with a student, especially a minor. It's all in her head..silly girl.

Did you hear the korean news? Over 100 dead after Halloween crowd surge in Seoul Officials said people were likely crushed to death after a stampede in a narrow alley near a major party spot on Saturday night in the South Korean capital. Dozens more were injured. Poor people, it's awful. I hope your family and friends are safe. If you have any.

Yes, I heard that awful news. I blame the craziness to the deferred gatherings due to the pandemic. People got too crazy to do parties again. It's such a tragedy!!
