Hello, this story is interesting, but it would benefit from a few improvements. Descriptions, memories et cetera are a nice thing that expands the world and gives us more information, but they sometimes slow the action down. In this part, I would concentrate on the helm and its backstory (for instance: starting from the current effects of wearing it, then its backstory) and I would move other informative parts (like Academy) to another chapter.

This chapter was very interesting showing how Lord Tronin defeated the Great female dragon and received his position from Captain to the higher Lord.
I thought the part with the great helm lead more depth to your chapter as everybody is still gathering for the great battle.
