I see your son has your verbal creativity! I am glad you two could make a fun game like that as deal with the problem of not being forced into unnecessary purchases! Enjoyed this story!
And hope you had a lovely birthday!!

Imagine if you'd called him something else! Not a dirty word, but not necessarily something like creep either. I used to call my son a little wee heathen, I wonder what people thought of that!
Good luck with the contest! ;) Susan

I enjoyed this. I loved the healthy relationship you show here. "Yeah and you're a creep!" - Just perfect! I thought this was fun. Showed the wonderful back and forth so well thanks to the dialogue. And was very creative. Great job.

Few writers would dare carry alliteration so far, nor be so successful in telling a story while doing so. Bravo.
Best of luck with the voters.
Peace, Lee

OMG 6 stars! Thank you so much.
I thoroughly enjoyed writing it - though I?m ashamed to admit that I didn?t even know what alliteration was before the prompt!
Those complicated, convoluted and conniving commas, damn them!
I?m on it.
Thank you again for the 6 stars, your great review and for taking the time to read my entry.

This was a really fun story. Interestingly, the storyline in itself was so strong that the alliterations slipped into the background for the most part. Kate xx

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I have to admit, in the first draft the alliterations were way too obvious and I had to keep changing words to help them blend better (though some were beyond me!).
So I'm really please that paid off AND that you noticed!

This story, In Complete Cahoots, is a totally awesome tale of two who understand each other and can suffer each other's conniving complements and stifling stoppers with reciprocal recompense.

Ha ha ha I hope you've entered the competition, you're good!
. . . Oh, actually on second thoughts, I hope you haven't, as I won't stand a chance!
Loved your refreshingly relevant review, six sparkling stars would be winging their way to you - if we could give stars for reviews of course!
Thank you for both your review and for making me laugh!
