Well, this was my first reading of the alphabet. I was a curious George. I had to look up Hekuba, although I could have Whatsapp'd my son for the answer. I read this a few times to get the hang of it and realized it was kind of like a one-way conversation. Fun. Thanks.

OMG this is a stunning piece of work! - She lowers herself down as she bows before him. Kneeling, she places her forehead on the cold earth beneath her, her arms outstretched along the hard ground towards him.
And then, in a defeated tone, resigned but raw, unbefitting of her venerating stance, she quietly says, "Well, I may as well give up now, coz there's no beating that one!"

Bill, I loved your A-Z writing! Tourettes is like a horse without a bridle. Unpredictable, neighing, full of life monster. From nursing, I understand your plight. I am also disabled and copped the flack in the early days. When did your noisy companion start? Blessings from Australia. Kay xx

Not a sufferer, Kay. I am only an observer.

Well Bill, it is a dreadful disease for the sufferer. Whoever you are observing, I wish them love and healing. K xx

This is genius. I've never seen this challenge undertaken. The plethora of your use of literary techniques is compelling. I thoroughly enjoy your alliteration and allusion. You made fun sense in this diatribe.

Hi Bill,
Must admit, I almost didn't come down far enough to start reading when I saw how many 'chapters' in I was. I'm glad I did though, it's a fun read. You did a nice job with the abecedarian. I'm going to make a suggestion though, as I'm just that kind of girl who likes to have the last word... I'd have gone for 'zilch'. ;) (pun intended) lol Have a good night! :)

Interesting presentation for the ABCEDEDARIAN poem. Too bad about the Tourette's acting up. It would put a stop to all those pretty thoughts about the moon and flowers. I like the Kill! Kill! Kill! line. Unfortunate that these utterances happen mostly at night. disrupting attempts at a prize-winning poem. Very well put together. judi

Very clever and most amusing! I'm always surprised at where your imagination takes us. Keep it up. We need more light stuff on FS. The world is too full of gloom and doom these days.

It is official, no need for further testing, the patient is obviously suffering from brain damage. Probably caused by overexposure to some toxic substance or influence by the subservice website FanStory.com, and the diabolical agent known as nomi338. Bwahaha!

This is a very nicely done alphabet poem. Most of the letters make perfect sense. I'm not sure about the X but I trust you that it means something that goes without saying.

Thank you, Beth. I felt that "X" would include anything rated as such. A step beyond the "PG-13 tourettes" outbursts.

We all try to be clever sometimes, don't we? It keeps our neurones firing. Speaking for myself, most times my writing isn't reader-driven, I just post out of interest to see what the reactions will be. Kate xx
