Such a sweet snuggle Kitty. We miss them so much when they can't stay. Good you wrote a commemorative poem for Callie Cat. The picture shows she cared, and was cared about. Pretty fur. Some power must have saved her to survive that as a kitten, so she could be with a caring person 14 years. Nice warm background colour for photo, also.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stars and the even more beautiful comments. I have had cats for literally as long as I can remember (and I will be 52 next month), and Callie was one of the best - definitely in the top 5.

She was the most awesome, well behaved cat I ever saw, and I have had up to 21 cats at one time.

Beautiful, but so sad. I can so relate. I had a Callie. I loved her so so much and miss her so much. She was a Queen and she will be a queen forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing
