If it were not for internet we would never have met.

That said, I do believe we need to distance/ unplug ourselves from our techno devices during the week.

Reconnect to Mother Nature and recharge OUR batteries with fresh air, birds singing, winds whispering etc.

It's smoothing and healing for our body, mind and soul.

This is a beautifully stated Naani. The text is a nice size. it has an uplifting message. A message that is beneficial to most of us. The visual is cute but doesn't fit the serious nature of the poem's message. Your message isn't about just relaxing but changing one's lifestyle so one may enjoy life more and ultimately live with less stress. Good luck in the contest.
