Yes, He does. I've never attempted a three line poem (I fear their restrictive nature) and the rules vary between the various three-line cousins. But I do enjoy when each line, independently, offers up imagery, mood or emotion (and of course all three need to work together too). I sit here trying to think if there are more impactful words that could have been used for the third line.
