This is an excellent description of electricity while using terms that applies to living beings. Electricity is amazing and while we thnk of it as a man made entity as you say in its natural state it is lighting. Electicity triggers our heart beat and fires our brain. It could just as easily stop our bodily functions with a lethal shock.

Thank you for sharing your poem and the author's notes. Yes, we rely on electricity for so many things. Yes, we use current to work out bodies. I just hope we don't become too dependent on it. I enjoyed reading.

Thanks for the excellent review and I share your concerns about our overdependence on artificial intelligence. But one part of the poem is that electricity is actually a natural force, a creation of God. estory

I understand why you think of it as sinister but really it is from nature as you say in your author's notes. I like the way you describe the different parts of electricity in the form of our bodies. I really enjoyed this piece. Of course, the similarities between this and our own bodies is inherent. electrical charges or signals from the brain to the limbs and so on.
