This poem poses a lot of unanswered questions and is a sad commentary on the state of the world today. My only suggestion is to put a ray of hope or light at the end of the tunnel thought to round this out a little.

Don't forget all the unknown suckers that's been drinking swill fir how many years?so many turning up with cancer from washing drinking, cooking with all this shit humbling for sure when they find out they git cancer from it all.

Staying off the booze can be stopped in its tracks but one has to comity to not drinking. Same with cigarettes one can quit.
