Well, interesting poem predicting the predictable.

-Nice theme. We can see from where we are standing now where we are headed if no changes happen.
-Good development through poem.

Refreshing take on climate change, global warming or cooling.

Yes, over 60 years of married life have taught me the value of ambiguous statements, AKA loopholes. Thanks for reading and commenting.

ROFL! I'd say your predictions will more right than just about anybody's. LOL. My local forecasters are right about 50% of the time, and in reality, that's not too bad. Thanks for sharing.

I give my predictions fearlessly because I always leave myself a loop-hole. Marriage experience has more than one application. :) Thanks for your reviews, Dennis

I think it's good for people to make their positions known. At least then, others can try to understand(judge) the writer's claims.

You are as exact as the Farmer's Almanac, with some predictions even more realistic. You are right. Where I live, there will be warm and hot days throughout the winter, with a few days as low as 60 degrees. When I read number one, I knew you were spot on. Thank you for my evening smile.

I believe you summed it up very well. You seemed to be more accurate than most weather men making $100,000 or better. I usually forcast rain when my arithis starts giving me grief. It was fun to read and enjoy.

I think it's a great tongue in cheek take on almanacs and predictions, and it illustrates how we hang our hats on these things, looking for a way to control them. Humans, it seems to me, are always trying to get to place where they feel they have some control over situations. Weather is one of those things that seems to elude that control. Much to our chagrin. Especially in the Northeast. estory

You just shaved 5-minutes off my morning routine and potentially put every weatherman (weather person?) out of work. Thank you. There is a typo in number 8 that you may want to address. It was a fun read.

I think your weather predictions are probably as accurate as can be given the huge changes in weather around the world, Deniz. The only thing I can predict is we will need to keep all manner of clothing and coping tools handy all year round! lol Thanks for the smiles.

With climate change the big topic in the news (aside from mass killings) your predictions are right on. LOL I love the reference to abandoned E cars. Number nine sure doesn't apply to me. I love heat and live in central Florida. Not even for a million dollars would I move to where there is snow and cold. So there, Superman.

With a million bucks you could have a heated pool...for a while. :)
reply by Spitfire on 03-Oct-2022
With that kind of money, I could have ten pools.

Hello Dennis,
I would venture to say that your predictions are spot on. On certain days in Alaska we get the whole range of weather, sun, rain, wind, heat, cold and even frost. One never knows how to dress in the morning, so you put on a lot and peel it off like a stripper as the weather dictates. Thanks for the laugh.
Have a blessed day.
Tom

I live in New England so we know weather change, but it sounds like yours is more radically rapid. Glad you got a laugh out of my efforts to get laughs. :)
