Bill, this is a great rondeau poem; it mirrors my feelings about contests too.
I like your rhyme and sentiment. I remember that some great poets weren't appreciated during their time on earth! Lol!

And I think this is an awesome example of a rondeau -- I don't know why the internet doesn't use more fun examples in their descriptions - like this! I mean, obviously(!) more people would want to try more poetic forms when they can see we can be deliriously FUN!
