Rather than embarrass myself on stage in front of a bunch of people on my numerous speaking engagements year ago, I created and became comical characters, even to speak at serious events. But could never have spoken as myself. Sounds like a very interesting read. Thanks for sharing.

Public speaking can be daunting and I have been involved in it in the past and once you can get past the initial nerves then you can ride on a silver cloud and be applauded, a fine informative post Maria, love Dolly x

If your answers adequately respond to your questions, then you have hit on something universally desired.
P2, s1: (Glossophobia) should be (glossophobia) No capitalization
P4, s2: (Glossophobia) should be (glossophobia) No capitalization. In all cases, glossophobia is not capitalized unless it is the first word in a sentence or a quote. The capitalized version appears a couple of other times throughout this article.
P5, s3: SUGGEST insert (been) between (or) and (asked)
I was a consultant for ten years. Went to companies and taught classes and trained machine operators in groups. Every single time, no matter how prepared I was, I got the shakes just before class. If you can answer that dilemma, you have performed a miracle.
I look forward to the next installment of this miracle treatment.

Thank you very much for your review and your suggestions. Public speaking is the number one fear, but there is hope.

I can't wait to read more. I struggle to get my meaning across, like I can't find the right word to use. It's terrifying. Then when I sit down and the adrenaline drains I feel really shaky and can't catch my breath for a few minutes. Luckily I don't have to do that too often now that I'm retired but I can still relate.

Thank you for your review and encouragements. There is a great method for calming down the adrenaline. I am super excited for the exceptional review, and ready to release chapter One.

Yes, I agree with you, I am great one on one, and although I've been forced to speak publicly a big part of my adult life, for some reason my mental flexibility freezes, and I'm not mentally able to put that necessary function into being. Thanks for this, blessings Roy
