This is a hilarious poem. One step forward, two steps back. It reminds me of "The hurrier I go, the behinder I get." New Year's resolutions are great -- as long as they are completely ignored.

Now, this is very important. This is posted in the Prose section, and at the end you write: Alas, the story of my life!
Though it has some rhyme, it is officially (according FS) prose, and no where near 300 words.
To avoid wasting your money and being disqualified. I suggest asking Tom to switch this post to the Poetry section.
