I absolutely love this poem. It is brilliant. You say it how it is. I think this is one of your best.Very very scary and so true. Best wishes. Jen.

The changes in our world are hard for us to comprehend and it is only the young who can truly cope with it all. We have memories of bette times, a poignant sonnet, love Dolly x

You say such essential and amazing things, and you do it through rhyme which is unbelievably brilliant. That takes true talent. I have read several of your poems and this one is my favorite so far.

We are still living in a divided world, there is no full peace of mind, living anywhere, we are not free to enjoy our rights, we are not free to exercise our rights everywhere, we are not united, still wars continue; well said, well done, post god speed more, share post not 4 self-joy-pride but 4 God and readers worldwide Alcreator Litt Dear (DR)

Your well-written, very serious poem vividly describes the wide range of chaos and scary things going on in the world. Some of it--we could fix if we all turned to God.

Another rhyming poem with a good message. People do not want to hear sound reasoning. The world is indeed in bad shape. Thanks for sharing your message with FS.

You always hit the nail right square on the head, Jay. You captured a lot in these short verses - all the ills of our times.
Favorite line:
Dear Lord, please save our fractured souls.
'Fractured' was such a great word choice here!
Loved it, although the topic is NOT something I love. I hope our kids can figure this mess we're leaving them out...
Blessings,
Deb

You write wonderful poetry that sees the truth too clearly. I think God is keeping it from getting worse as we are certainly capable of that with all our warring factions.

Loved your poem/story of events that are now wiping out the human race. Slowly we find ourselves in fear, fear of what can we do? Nothing - pray for our souls. Going home looking forward to heaven and sitting at the feet of Jesus. K xx

Definitely, we all caused this, and we all have our part to play to make this world better. We can and we will. Many thanks for the kind reminder.
I love the rhymes used throughout, however, you may want to read again: "I wonder will we ever face,
in time to help each ailing town". That isn't very clear to the reader. Blessings!
