Hi Lisa,
This shows that dropped food usually ends up on the floor in the messiest position it can. Maybe the piece should be small so it is easier for the child to handle.
Congrats on placing second in the contest.
Keep writing and stay healthy.

I love that your poem looks like a slice of pizza with the tip bitten off!

I admire that you managed to fit in rhymes throughout your entire Nonet, which isn't easy. I was particularly impressed with "pizza"/"completes a."

You even chose a picture of my favorite kind of pizza. I have no tolerance for spice, and yet I love pepperoni. Go figure. Good luck in the contest.

This nonet, The Pleasure of Pizza, has the proper formatting and includes not only the great taste of the Italian flat bread favorite, but some of the problems.

This Nonet poem provides a complete visual. Your picture show a beautiful slice of pizza. Your poem creatively tells us it's upside down on the floor. Oh what a waste. Every Wednesday was pizza day when I taught young children. Pizza often landed on the floor. :( Best wishes in the contest.

Love your fun Nonet, and image. Now if Sunny was there he'd definitely clean up the mess for you. We've just been walking, and he licked up some spilt ice-cream from the footpath. I like your rhyming within it. Good luck in the contest.

Ha ha ha, I never eat Pizza, but your fun write made my mouth water with the melting cheese and the kids enjoying it. This fast food is a favourite Lisa, a perfectly formed nonet for the contest, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

I refuse to admit I stopped on this particular poem because of the title!

(Wait, I think I just admitted it, by denying it...)

Loved the poem, perfect nonet count, center-aligned - yes, it looks like a piece of pizza -- which (just my opinion) ought to be considered one of the essential food groups...

Gotta run! My pie is ready for pick up!

What a beauty! Well done LisMay! It's not easy to get such a perfect V when writing a Nonet! I'm sure you will have everyone hungry for Pizza. Everyone but me. LOL Not a fan of Pizza except a vegetable one. What can I say? To each his own. Good Luck. Great picture. Nancy:)

A cute nonet poem about eating pizza. The font size is great. The message is relatable because most have dropped pizza this way. The presentation is well done. I love the vibrant colors. The bright colors add to the fun feel of the poem. The visual fits perfectly. Good luck in the contest.
