This is neat story. I thought if you slept with Kitty in the Bibical way, you must have been going for someone a lot older than you. I remember her from my teen years. Still she was an pioneering country star. Just meeting her was memorable for you.

Hi Terry, very good, very cute. There are some many elements in your story that sing, "These are the good old days ~ Carly Simon." Good descriptive writing. I could see the whole airplane scene. Nothing like a direct flight taking as long as a local bus trip. Who needs all those stops. Ugh. I especially liked:
Once airborne, the crew announced free drinks for everyone. It was now a party plane!
(Now this is what I'm talking about--good old days! In current day, between everyone being so combative and the airlines being so cheap, you would be lucky to get a mini bottled water.)
