Very true for mindfulness. The photo was perfect. Wonderful idea for the separation in stanzas(yesterday, tomorrow, and this moment). Your last line was an excellent choice and it leaves the reader with a reminder of hope.

It is funny, but in a child's life there is no past or future, they always live in the present and we can learn to do the same as this is all we have, the past has gone and we have no idea what the future will bring, a poignant write, love Dolly x

It's true that the only useful time that we have available to us is right at this very moment. The past is gone, we can't redeem it, the future at this stage is unattainable, so this is it. Beautifully written 3/6/9, good luck, blessings Roy

It's true when they say live in the present. You can't change the past and you can't predict the future. So this moment is all you can controll. The mind can be the enemy when it goes to worse case scenarios. Your poem was a brilliant look at the darkness that can envelop us .
